We are completely disappointed, with the last three orders something has been missing every time. We rarely order there, every two months approx. The first time the BIC Mac was missing, the second time the fries and this time the fries again. I don't feel like driving back there from home, checking on site is also a bit difficult due to Corona. Yes, man can do that, I will do this in the future too. If I go there again. Ordering online doesn't work either, I had a code on my cell phone, but nothing could be found in the restaurant. Well, everyone can now form their own opinion.

No waiting time

Ordered online, and waited less than 2 minutes for pickup, it was no stress to recognize employees

When ordering an iced tea instead of cola, this was noticed on site and exchanged by an employee. At home then notices that the children's toys are missing from the Happy Meal. Actually the worst mistake that can happen. Paid for but not received the milkshake. Forget sweet and sour sauce too. French fries and the Chicken Mc Nuggets could have been bigger overall. But it was busy.

I am not often as disappointed with a MacDonald as this one. The staff was quite bored and orders were taken with a lot of effort. It is best not to ask extra questions. A big tasty has never been as bad as it was there, dry and hardly any taste. You think it should taste the same everywhere, no, it doesn't. Hope it improves vision significantly. The coffee was great and that's why it got one star.

The slowest MC I know in all of Germany. Employees are moody and not hospitable. It also happened several times before dishes were forgotten when ordering (McDrive).

Tall dark haired lady that work here as a store manager was really rude and unfriendly. I felt sorry for the new girl at the McDrive

It would be nice if someone spoke German. With 3 guests the staff is overwhelmed. ATTENTION with takeaway food, it will be very happy to "forget" to pack one or the other.

I can only say that I always love to go there. There is also enough parking space and an outside slide for the children. Clean shop
